The intro call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll ask about your business, your current bookkeeping situation, and what you're hoping to get out of working with an accounting firm. We'll answer your questions, share what services might make sense, and give you a rough sense of what investment looks like. There's no obligation to move forward.
For most clients, onboarding takes one to two weeks. We'll gather access to your bank accounts and accounting software, review your existing books, and set up our workflow. If you need a bookkeeping cleanup first, the timeline will depend on how far behind your books are — we'll give you a clear scope and estimated timeline before we start
Nothing formal is required. It's helpful to have a rough sense of your monthly transaction volume, what accounting software you currently use (if any), and whether you have an existing CPA relationship. But if you're not sure about any of that, the call is a great place to figure it out together. Come as you are.
Yes. Because we're fully virtual, we work with businesses throughout the United States. We don't have a geographic limitation — if you have an internet connection and a business bank account, we can work together. We're also connected with a network of CPAs in every state, so if you need a tax referral, we can usually find you a great local fit.
